Ford is making a new commercial spot showing off the type of technology gadgets you can get with their four-door compact Focus sedan.
The Focus is in its third-generation in a highly competitive compact segment. Yes, it has some style, is roomy and fun-to-drive, but they need an angle that separates it from the pack. It won't be its 160-hp, 2.0-litre direct-injected four-cylinder engine, so Ford has made an effort to showcase the ease of which to utilize its technology.
In this commercial, Ford highlights Voice Activated Calling and Active Park Assist. With a press of a button, you can do both without any distraction or stress. The man driving the car seems to make life so much easier when letting the Focus park itself in a small empty spot on a side street.
These types of commercials are simple, no fuss, and to the point, while registering with many families.
The Ford Focus starts at a reasonable $13,499 and has impressive fuel economy numbers that are rated at 7.6L/100 km in the city and 5.3L/100 km on the highway. However, the Active Park Assist feature comes standard when you move up to the Titanium trim, which starts at $23,249.
